Excellent room and bath. Very good and large king bed. Breakfast was excellent except for the coffee machine. The coffee was good but not nearly hot enough. Not sure why. We asked but nobody seemed to know.

AustraliaIt was clean. There was drinking water, still and sparkling available and clean glass glasses for the water, just down the hall. Also available was an electric kettle and cups with teas and coffees available. We enjoyed this, but didn’t opt in for breakfast. The hotel is located in the historic district, which is quiet and next to a church that rings bells in the daytime. The taxis are forbidden from driving in the historic district but it was only a minute of walking to get to the hotel.

TurkeyExcellent location, in the heart of Genoa from where you can easily reach all great attractions. Very friendly and kind staff. Interesting, beautiful and spotlessly clean room with high ceiling and huge bathroom. I also enjoyed climbing the stairs up to 4th floor and discovering the wonderful historical building. Loved the Palazzo Grillo where we checked-in and the little piazza in front of. We even enjoyed walking the narrow streets by day, (also Vico della Rosa) and getting to know the specific of this port town
RomaniaI had a lovely room across the piazza of the main hotel. It was charming and relaxing with super tall ceilings, a lovely view of the church tower opposite and a very nice bathroom. I especially appreciated the common area with coffee and tea and a water dispenser (perfect for filling my water bottle in the morning) and Italian biscuits in the afternoon. And breakfast on the terrace on top of the main building was wonderful with the setting and selection.
