This was the last stay of our five day trip. Came in late, but the host was kid enough to wait for us and made us feel welcome. Room was more like a flat. Super large beds with warm and cozy bedding kept us warm and helped to sleep well even though it was 17 degrees inside. We could have used the heater, but didn't have the mood and energy for it. The kitchen lady agreed to prepare breakfast an hour earlier than usual as we had an early flight. Freshly baked cinnamon buns was something we didn't expect to be ready because of all the earliness! Tasty coffee and all the usual Italian breakfast belongings. We're not a pro-italian-breakfast family, but this was good. Would search for available rooms again if I needed to stay near Orio airport. Oh, and my wife even negotiated a few pieces of delicious cheese! Aaaand the interior of the whole building is very nicely made. Classy place.

Very nice place to get away from the city and spend with the family or friends. Very comfortable and amazingly clean (giving the fact that there is functioning stable nearby). Friendly owners who are proud owners of horses who got many medals. Highly recommend to others - great place to stay. Good for kids!

I am cycle touring and valued the peaceful country setting and secure overnight storage for my bicycle.. My bed was very comfortable and the furnishings made the most of the old style of building. I enjoyed being able to buy a cold beer on arrival.

Place is very nice and quiet since it is away from the main road. Rooms are spacious and clean with all necessary itinerary. Host is very kind and at your service. Pretty good accommodation if you are into pleasant and quiet place. Definitely will come back there.

We loved the spacious rooms, the super comfortable beds, the easy check-in and check-out. The tasty home made breakfast but, in particular, the host kindness in helping us for many reasons: from adding a bed to an earlier check-in due to our need to accomodate before the standard arrival.
