Daniele is on hand throughout your stay to meet your every requirement. Daniele speaks Italian, English and Portuguese. - Elena is your hostess, eager to arrange all the details of your stay before your arrival, and keep you informed of events. She makes sure the restaurant is always fully supplied with the best carefully selected fresh local produce and looks after the farmhouses and apartments. She is on hand throughout your stay to meet your every requirement. Elena speaks Italian, English and Spanish.

The 150 hectares Tenuta di Caiolo farm is divided into two separate holdings: the estate’s vineyards and wheat fields are situated to the north of the charming medieval hill town of Panicale, while our olive groves, farmhouses and other accommodation facilities, the restaurant and the swimming pool are on the Caiolo hillside to the south. Caiolo, Toponym of Lombard Lorigin, indicates the place where the army horses were raised, a ancient Orsolini's structure Orsini.
