This elegant, spacious apartment, is ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Fitted kitchen, two bathrooms with shower, three large bedrooms where up to nine single beds can be accommodated a covered terrace with a smoking area. The apartment also has: a sofa, armchairs, elevator, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, linens and towels, heat insulating double glazing, gate, security door, outdoor surveillance, Wi-Fi Internet connection: for a peaceful, comfortable and relaxing stay. Car park in public land under the house. On request: pets welcome, maid service, linen / towels and use of washing machine and dryer.
I set up this small rental business to be in contact with people from all over the world. Situated in a well-serviced area of Bologna, just a few minutes from the city centre, opposite the Bologna Exhibition Centre (Fiera di Bologna), my short-term rental apartments are ideal for tourists, business travellers, professionals, exhibitors and exhibit constructors.
The apartment, located opposite the exhibition center of Bologna, is in a quiet area adjacent to a park with a trim trail, served by supermarkets, pharmacies, coffee shops, ice-cream parlours, restaurants, self-service shops and other public transportation lines for links throughout the city and its outskirts. The very strategic location, OPPOSITE THE BOLOGNA EXHIBITION CENTRE, is also very convenient for reaching the Centre of the old town (on foot), the University, the museums, the main train station of Bologna, the motorway exit “Fiera”, the ring road exit “Fiera”, the hospitals (Policlinico Malpighi St. Orsola, Villa Torri, Nigrisoli, Villa Regina, Villa Erbosa), the vegetable market, Roveri industrial area . The following are also easily accessible: airport, CENTERGROS, Granarolo Emilia, San Lazzaro di Savena, Castenaso, Funo, Argelato, Interport. The connections via the high speed line allow day trips to Florence (35 minutes by train), Milan (55 minutes by train), Venice (85 minutes by train) and Rome in 2 hours.
