The structure is located in the lovely residential complex Solcio di Lesa on the mezzanine floor and has about 140 square meters. Completely renovated in 2022, it is air-conditioned, has new furniture and is well articulated with entrance bar area, a large living room with 65 inch Smart TV and satellite Astra, a very bright open space kitchen with large windows and home automation systems with Smart commands. The sleeping area consists of a large double bedroom with sitting area sofa, desk and Smart TV and adjoining private bathroom. The second double bedroom has a desk and TV and a second bathroom. The parking space is located inside the garden with automatic gate and the possibility to enjoy the greenery on some benches. Nearby there is a structure for renting and hauling boats; at the port of Solcio you can go water-skiing and wake-boarding. Nearby there is Sporting Lesa with swimming pools, tennis courts and soccer. Also close is Herno Beach, as well as places to enjoy fish menus and pizzerias. There is a beach 1 km away from the property. There is a small wine fridge and the kitchen is very well equipped for people who love to cook. there are purifying air conditioners in all rooms that have hot and cold air. tv in the living room and both bedrooms with Netflix.
