Big house, newly restored; beautiful view of the lake, situated in the olive groves in Chiarano, area full of peace and quiet. House with large garden, surrounded by greenery. Within walking distance of Falesia and various bicycle paths. important info for access to the house: 150 m from the property there is a narrowing of the road (sign says 160 cm), possibly the presence of free parking before the bottleneck
