Avability of parking on the street below or pay parking in the same street. Flat is designed to give you all the comforts and make you feel at home: - Living Room: table with 6 chairs, functional kitchen area equipped with refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, oven, washing machine, hob with 4 burners and cooking utensils; the relaxation area has a sofa bed with smart TV and access to WI-FI. - Comfortable bathroom, including shower and all essential services. - There are two large bedrooms: 1. Large comfortable bedroom with window, coat hanger. 2. Bedroom with balcony, wardrobe and work area.
My name is Eleonora, the tourism and hospitality have crossed my way, I like to travel and learn about the different cultures of each country. I was interested in the world of short rentals, so I invested in the project of ARTrincria Apartments to let you know my city and what characterizes it.
The apartment is located outside the ZTL, a 9-minute walk from the Catacombs of the Capuchins, a 15-minute walk from the Royal Palace - Palatine Chapel and Cathedral and a 2 km walk from the historic center. The bus stop (AMAT) is a 1-minute walk from the apartment and lines 389 and 309 lead in 5 minutes to Piazza Indipendenza, a section where all the means leading to the different areas of the city are concentrated. The apartment is located in a residential area, located in a side street of the main street: Corso Calatafimi. Just outside the historic center, it marks the beginning of the Arab-Norman itinerary of the city. The area is well served and strategic, you will find supermarkets, bars and bakeries just a 2-minute walk away. In the surrounding area there are other businesses such as a pharmacy, butcher, post office, bank and in the side street that precedes the apartment you will also find a cinema (Marconi).
