Company info

I am an open-minded person, creative and willing to meet different people who love pleasant conviviality. I love to walk, good food and good wine and various disciplines such as ashtanga vinyasa yoga. I also organize boat trips and excursions to the mountains and to the most beautiful and important (for me) sites of Sicily. I shared apartments several times during my stays around Europe and in my city, I am an animal lover and I have 2 dogs, Barbi and Chievinni (mother and son). I am respectful of the privacy and the environment and I love to share the time, when possible, with my guests. I work with food and wine tourism also, and I never get bored!

Property info

The apartment is in the city centre, just 5 minutes walking from all the important monuments in Palermo, close to the seafront, just a few minutes walking from Ballarò and Vucciria (historical open-air markets), ATMs, pharmacies, supermarkets, bars and street food! The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people, equipped with A/C and consists of one bedroom, a living room, a little kitchen, the bathroom and a huge terrace with a Jacuzzi! The jacuzzi service has an additional cost of 29 euro per day to be paid on site during check-in. It is advisable to request the service at least 24 hours before check-in. I remember that it is necessary to use the shower (in the house or cold on the terrace) before entering the Jacuzzi. We're currently doing in-person check in right at the apartment, in Piazza Meschita 9. The whole apartment is just for you!

Neighborhood info

We are in the city centre, so from 11 pm until 3 am, in piazza (square) Sant'Anna, there are hundreds of people, chatting, singing and dancing. Therefore, if you are looking for a quiet place, this may not be the best option. But please ask me: I have another (quieter) apartment in the same area! We are located in the historical city centre, where cars are not allowed (ZTL: limited traffic zone), unless you get a daily 5-euro pass. Whatever you decide, our apartment is just 10 minutes walking from both Palermo Central Station (if you travel by train) and via Lincoln, where it’s quite easy to find a parking spot.
