Be & Being - Katja is the perfect year-round getaway for couples, solo adventurers, and families! Be & Being is a sunny loft located in a very quiet area of Riva del Garda a few steps from the Garda Lake's beach. The apartment consists of a large bright living room with exposed beams, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two windowed bathrooms with shower; the entire property is surrounded by an outdoor large private panoramic terrace where you can relax, eat together, or sunbathe. Guests can park their car in a private parking space. We'll provide fresh bedlinen and fluffy white towels on arrival plus shampoo and hand soap. Be & Being is located in Viale Vannetti, on the street that running parallel with Viale Rovereto where there are delicious restaurants, excellent ice cream parlors and entertaining clubs. A two minute walking from the apartment there is one of the largest and sunniest beaches of the lake ("Spiaggia Sabbioni") through which passes the bike path and pedestrian path that runs along the north coast of Lake Garda. A short walk from the accommodation there is the Old Town of Riva del Garda.

Riva del Garda and Arco are the main centres of Northern Lake Garda. It is the ideal location for an eventful holiday. Sport is the main motivation for the holiday: sailing and windsurfing in the first instance, but also hiking, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, canoeing. The mild climate favours a typically Mediterranean vegetation with lemon trees, olive trees, laurels and palm trees: a true Mediterranean island at the foot of the Dolomites. The centre of Arco will fascinate you with its works of art and architecture, witnessing to ancient history and a past rich in art and culture.
