La Villetta Rei Playa offers a very convenient location, close to the sea (about 300 meters from the beach), and close to amenities such as a supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, bar, pharmacy, newsstand, etc. The private and fenced garden is ideal for those seeking a bit of privacy and tranquility. The house consists of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and a veranda equipped for outdoor dining. The garden is equipped with a BBQ, an outdoor shower, and sun loungers. In the house, you will find everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to prepare your meals. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom that you can use freely. Air conditioning is also available for the hotter days!

The villetta Rei Playa is located on Via delle Tamerici, close to all amenities and Piazza Rei Marina, where a market takes place twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
