Located on the third floor with an elevator, this is the last apartment in the hallway, offering peace and quiet with views on 3 sides. A shared garage space with direct access and free Wi-Fi is available, making it perfect for remote work. Bed linens and towels are included. Additional information: * Covered parking: The garage has an elevator that reaches the floor but parking spaces are not assigned. Simply park in the first available spot upon arrival. Spaces vary in size but I usually park my Peugeot 3800 with a few maneuvers. * Ski storage: While we don't have a dedicated ski locker, you can store your skis/snowboard outside your front door in the hallway. * No parties or events allowed. The condominium is located directly opposite the ski slopes, near the Rio Due restaurant. In winter, you can reach the heart of Prato Nevoso's commercial and entertainment activities by shuttle bus (Service is subject to availability). A short walk away is the Colle del Prel, where you'll find a grocery store, equipment rental, and a bar & restaurant. In the winter season, you can reach the main ski area via the Blue run, from where a 4-seater chairlift connects to all the lifts of the Mondolè Ski area, with over 100 km of slopes served by 24 lifts and 35 downhill runs, a cross-country ski trail, and a snow park. Night skiing is available on two slopes and in the snow park on certain days of the week. Great in summer too: hiking trails and mountain bike paths are nearby. The bike park is perfect for downhill riding on trails of varying difficulty. Prato Nevoso is ideal for families with children, both in winter with excellent ski schools, baby parking, and a children's play area featuring the wolf character "Asso," and in summer with plenty of outdoor activities.
