A gorgeous attic located on the top floor of an ancient house located in half a hill a few steps from the town center. It enjoys the dominant position on Calice ligure, with an excellent view of the Rocca di Perti and exposure to the sun throughout the day. It consists of an independent entrance, living room with sofa bed and armchair, dining area and equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom and two terraces, one of which used as a solarium and entertainment. IMPORTANT: the 4 beds available are divided between the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room. Both rooms are located on the second floor in the air conditioned zone. As an alternative to the sofa, the host offers the second bedroom (NOT AIR CONDITIONED) for free, located on the lower floor. This room is UNAVAILABLE in the period October/April. Bikers are granted the use of a ground floor room for the deposit of bicycles, with an adjoining small workshop equipped for repairs or maintenance. Outside there is a hydraulic system for manual cleaning of the same upon returning from excursions. Private parking in front of the entrance is a precious comfort, for those who use the vehicle a lot to move or unload equipment and luggage. Due to local technical limitations, the Internet is distributed in the entire structure via WiFi with a maximum band of 30 MB. Outside there is a video surveillance system.
Former professional, technical-administrative surveyor in the environment intercourse and security sectors, writer for hobbies, lover of nature and genuine things of the past, I left the old occupations to dedicate myself to the management of the family home and its agricultural appurtenances. I set up the private accommodation facility called "A ca’ du Risso", inserted in the ancient house whose property has been handed down for generations. It consists of an elegant apartment on the first floor and the attic with terrace on the upper floor. Outside there are other rooms for exclusive use and the farm area below, in addition to the patio and garden full of flowers and local aromatic essences. The environment is discreet and welcoming, with a unique and unmistakable style. I am happy to welcome those who have chosen to spend a short period of leisure in a corner of Liguria, in the midst of the peace of the hinterland but close to the sea, in the heart of the outdoor, cycle tourism and hiking, in a millennial historical and cultural context. I wish all my guests a peaceful and unforgettable stay.
The 5 km away from Finale Ligure makes the location suitable for a seaside residence in the peace of the hinterland, even if, it is better known as the high frequency area of bikers and hikers. The presence of countless tourist cycle and off-road routes for mountain bikes, route for driving force, rocky walls for free climbing and various journeys for trips settled in the characteristic streets of the town or in the green of the woods, recalls enthusiasts from everywhere, especially foreigners Castles, ancient villages and museums, allow you to immerse themselves in art and history. Restaurants and trattorias are important for finding typical culinary entertainment of the area. Bar, pubs and night clubs do not miss the fun. Nearby there are the motorway exit (A10), the railway station and the tourist marina of Finale ligure, the hospital of Pietra ligure, taxi, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, newsstands and tobacconists, ATMs, post office, shops, supermarkets etc. Worthy of quotation is the inhabited area of Finalborgo, better known as the medieval village of Finale ligure, 5 km from the structure. Close, in the town center, there is the well -known and renowned "Gelateria Pastorino", for eighty years a tradition and a reference for Calice ligure.
