3 days just perfect stop off between Nice and Rapallo before Cinque Terre, lots of good restaurants, wine bars and the friendly mid price Excalibur - Linguine a la mare, cute Otto bar. Stayed to enjoy an Italian event - Swim The Island, really well organised involving roughly 2000 swimmers, multi distances over 2 days.

Lovely small town, many small streets, many restaurants. Always crowded with many people. I feel it a real Italian town. Loved the promenade on the beach, you can walk to Bergeggi (30min) on the way there are many many very good restaurant like Spiagga nel Blu, Villagio del Sole. In the city center almost the same which restaurant you choose Cipo, Sciamadda, Burridha all very good. And the beach! Crystal clear water!
