La Casa si Andrew is a brand new and modern apartment located in Desenzano del Garda, 1 km from the beach and 3 km from the centre, in a quiet residential area which is very convenient for reaching the main attractions in the area. The apartment consists of a bright living room with sofa and Smart TV, kitchen with kitchenette that has everything needed for cooking, including: induction hob, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer, etc. .. The living room overlooks the covered terrace equipped with a dining table and a deck chair where you can enjoy relaxing evenings on Lake Garda. The main room with balcony houses a double bed, a large wardrobe and a dresser. The second bedroom has two single beds, a small wardrobe and study area. The bathroom has a comfortable shower and is equipped with a hairdryer. In the basement there is a free laundry room (upon request) with washing machine and dryer. Outside the apartment there is a free car park with numerous parking spaces.
