From the small square of the Chapel of Sant’Anna, walking along ruelle Pascal (from which it takes its name) on the right is Casa Pascal, a bright apartment on the ground floor. The entrance door is double, the first carved in wood, and the second a door window with white curtain with embroidery characteristic of the area. Entering the spacious living room (with TV) welcomes guests with a comfortable corner sofa bed (double) on the left and on the right a beautiful fireplace (not working) that gives a sophisticated touch. Continuing the fully equipped kitchen (of dishes, dishes, pots, pans, cups, electric kettle, oven and fridge) in wood overlooking the environment, continuing on the left you enter the bedroom with wrought iron double bed which has a large wooden wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower. The cellar is a space used for storing skis and boots, accessed from an inner courtyard behind the house in common with other houses.

Ancient mountain village Verrand originally in addition to the houses of the inhabitants housed barns and stables, over time has changed but maintaining its style and its spirit. There are no commercial activities inside, but continuing towards Courmayeur along the road you will find the Pharmacy of Verrand, the A&O supermarket, bars and restaurants until you reach the center of the village. Verrand is a fraction of the municipality of Pré-Saint-Didier on the border with Courmayeur. To get to the Mont Blanc cable cars you need to take the car or use the shuttle service. The first is about ten minutes drive (Courmayeur) and the second 15 minutes ( Dolonne). In Prè Saint Didier, 10 min. drive from the apartment, you can attend the equipped and scenic Spa, with panoramic views, buffet, etc... At half an hour by car, you reach the Val ferret, a wonderful lush, panoramic valley, with its cross-country ski trails and where in summer you can play golf and practice numerous hiking or mountain-biking, or go fishing. In dolonne beyond the ski lift open also in summer there is the sports center where there is the ice rink, tennis courts, table tennis, gym, games room, etc.
