Please read carefully!!! The property is for up to 8 people. UP TO 6 PEOPLE only the ground floor and first floor will be open. UP TO 8 PEOPLE, the entire house will be made available (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). If you are two couples and want to have both double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an additional price is required, please select the rate for 7 or 8 people. Spacious flat (* with 2 or 3 bedrooms) with some lake view in a beautiful residence with swimming pool. We are located in the countryside near Pacengo di Lazise in a quiet and relaxing area. The complex is 800 metres from Pacengo and 1500 metres from the lake and Gardaland (famous amusement park icon). The flat * spread over *3 floors and is about 150 square metres in size. *On the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchenette, guest bathroom with window and storage room. There is a small garden area at the front and a large terrace area at the rear (east side). There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor. One with double bed, one room with 2 bunk beds (4 beds), large terrace and bathroom with window and shower. * This first configuration is for the price of 6 people. On the second floor (attic) there is another very large double room with sloping ceilings and en-suite bathroom and shower. This configuration is for the price of 7 or 8 people. The property also has a large garage for 2 cars in the basement. The residence has a 20 x 10 metre swimming pool, a tennis court but this is made of concrete and is for leisure purposes only. In the accommodation there is: washing machine, dishwasher, SAT-TV, air conditioning and WLAN. It is obligatory to wear a swimming cap in the pool. Pets are welcome in our flat on request but are not allowed in the pool area.

The area has numerous cycle paths that wind through the many vineyards in the surrounding area. The proximity to amusement parks such as Gardaland, Movieland and Caneva makes this apartment perfect for its location.
