Lovely and new flat very close to Santa Maria Navarrese beach The house is next to the supermarket and all services (pizzeria, butcher, deli, bakery, pharmacy) and all the comforts you'd need. Free parking in the street. Terrace, air conditioning and heating system, 2 TVs with satellite channels, Nespresso machine, toaster, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. The flat is located in an elegant building with 4 other units in a animated area, that is not noisy on busy summer nights, has a large living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge area, a master bedroom with standard double bed, a bedroom with French bed (140 cm), a bathroom with shower. There is also a terrace equipped with a table and chairs for evenings outdoors. Sheets and towels are available for your holiday; even beach towels and beach umbrellas. The guests will be able to enjoy a peaceful environment. On the terrace, there are two deck chairs for relaxing at night or sunbathing in the morning. I'll be there for the check-in and there will always be someone available for your needs.
Santa Maria Navarrese is a small town located between the beauty of Tancau and Santa Maria beach (within walking distance from the apartment) and the wild Sopramonte of Baunei. Daily trips from Baunei for an interesting visit in the mountains. Excursions or boat trips leaving from the Marina (500m)
