La casa si trova nel pieno centro di Palermo, fuori dalla ZTL, a due passi dalle principali vie dello shopping, via Libertà e via Ruggero Settimo, tra le due più importanti piazze con i rispettivi teatri, Piazza Castelnuovo con il Teatro Politeama da un lato e Piazza Verdi con il Teatro Massimo dall'altro. Proprio di fronte casa è presente il comodo parcheggio di Piazzale Ungheria, a pagamento, dove potrete lasciare la vostra auto o noleggiare bici e auto grazie ai servizi del bike e car sharing. A due minuti da casa si trova il mercato storico del Capo, a cinque il Museo Archeologico Salinas, uno dei più importanti d'Europa E' possibile, inoltre, raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi di interesse del centro storico attraversando la vivace via Maqueda chiusa al traffico. Per esempio, in meno di un quarto d'ora raggiungerete i Quattro Canti, la Cattedrale, Piazza Pretoria, i mercati storici di Ballarò e della Vucciria, etc...
