Apartment of about 60.00 square meters, on the second and last floor, in a mountain-style building located in Verrand, a splendid medieval village near Courmayeur. In a quiet, quiet, sunny position, surrounded by greenery, panoramic views of Mont Blanc and Giant Tooth, ideal for those who want complete relaxation but also great for those who want to practice skis and other sports. Ten min. about a foot from Courmayeur and about 200 m from the bus stop, the building has a large private communal parking area with remote controlled automated bar. Adjacent to the parking lot, there is a large playground in the meadow. The apartment is bright, consisting of: hallway, bathroom, kitchenette, bedroom, living room, large attic with three beds and also has two living balconies. The attic, with a double bed and a single bed, is well lit and ventilated by the velux, connected by a wooden staircase directly to the living room, where there is a sofa bed and a possible extra pull - out bed. In the bedroom there is a bed and another pull-out bed. the bathroom has a bath tub. The water's switch is down, near the bidet. Bid's trash are near the boxes, on the right of the boxes's entry.
To reach the ski lifts and the ski lifts, you need to travel by car, at a minimum distance of about 10 minutes by car (Courmayeur) and 15 minutes (Val Veny or Dolonne), or take the bus. The resort is attractive, as well as for panoramic beauty and tranquility, also for numerous activities such as hiking, walking, horseback riding, golf, trout fishing, rafting, botanical garden on Mont Blanc, reachable via the Skyway cable car, from which you can go on and reach the 3000 m altitude, mountain biking, mountaineering, climbing, Pré S. Didier Thermal Baths, sledding excursions (even in the evening), a panoramic view of Morgex on the Orrido stream cascade, shopping in Courmayeur , visit the castles from the surrounding area (Sarre, Sarriod de la Tour, Aymavilles, Fenis ...), worthy of guided tours inside, visit to the medieval villages of Dolonne, Morgex, Pré S. Didier, Entreves, La Salle, also with a train, plenty of playgrounds, ice skating, gym, ping pong at the Courmayeur sports hall, tennis. There are also numerous facilities such as bars and restaurants, huts and chalets and babysitting activities at high altitude. For those who love photography, the place is ideal. In the locality of Introd there is an ideal fauna park for children.
