Our apartments, located on the second floor of a recently renovated 15th century stately building (without elevator), are spacious CHARMING LOFTS ON TWO LEVELS, ideal for dynamic guests and young couples: On the lower level there is a living area and a private bathroom, on the upper level the sleeping area Each apartment is equipped with WIFI Fiber, air conditioning/heating, Kitchenette, fridge, ESRESSO coffee maker, kettle, microwave, bed linen and towels, private balcony, Some Lofts are equipped with a Private terrace solarium Weekly cleaning and linen change Breakfast not included We offer coffee, tea and herbal teas Access to the facility starts at 3:00 pm until late night, through a self-check-in procedure (phone assistance is warranted) We will contact you shortly before arrival to provide details and access codes Furthermore, in order to guarantee phone assistance, we ask you to inform us of your estimated time of arrival Accommodations NOT recommended to over 59 years old or reduced mobility guests

The property is located IN A POSITION OF ABSOLUTE PRIVILEGE, 150mt from the Quattro Canti / Piazza Vigliena, crossroads and the beating heart of the old city. All the main places of interest, the historic markets and the marina are within walking distance, therefore the use of the car is not recommended. The area is pedestrianized and full of bars, restaurants, trattorias, bistros, pizzerias, street food and shops of every kind and price range. The nearest bus stop is 200 meters away, on Via Roma The Central station is located 900m along the Via Maqueda
