Cozy apartment in Terni, 850 meters from the famous Basilica of S. Valentino, Casa Vovos' is located on the eleventh floor and offers an excellent view of the city from a large terrace. The apartment is available to guests, based on their number there are up to 3 bedrooms (2 double with TV and one single), two bathrooms with shower, bidet and washing machine, dryer, a living room with double sofa bed and smart tv. Only one group of guests is welcomed at a time, this allows for maximum privacy and security; the kitchen is equipped for cooking with oven, electric kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer, nespresso coffee machine. Linen (sheets and towels) is present and included in the price. Casa Vovos' is pet-friendly, offers free WiFi and air conditioning. Under the building there is a large free parking and if required a private garage is available at an additional cost ten euros a day. Finally, we would like to point out that on the 17th floor of the building there is a Home Restaurant, vegetarian / vegan "Cogli L’Attico", also available for take-away (reservations required).
I'm Elisabetta, the owner of the apartment; I thought about renovating the grandparents 'house which I called "Casa Vovos" (vovos' in Portuguese means grandparents) for when my daughters who live and work abroad return. Since this rarely happens, I decided to open it to guests to live a new experience and meet new people. I will therefore be happy to welcome you even if for the safety of both we will use the self check-in and Self check-out but we will keep in touch through messages or calls but we will not meet. I hope you find yourself at home!
In the area there are all the services such as: Supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, pizzeria, restaurants, hairdresser bar. Behind the door of the apartment I have hung, to avoid paper material, some instructions for use and a map where you can see all the services in the area.The city center can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes, 50 meters from home there is a bus stop and for those who love cycling there is also the possibility of using the cycle paths. In the surrounding area, not to be missed, the Marmore Falls (7.4 kilometers), the highest in Europe, the Piediluco lake (14 kilometers), ideal for lovers of sailing, rowing and water skiing. In the immediate vicinity it is worth visiting the archaeological area of ​​Carsulae (17 kilometers), an ancient Roman town built along the route of the Via Flaminia. In Terni traces of history are clearly visible: the Roman Terni with its Fausto Amphitheater which is recognizable by the imposing walls that surround its very popular urban park (La Passeggiata); the medieval Terni (Clai district), and the eighteenth-century one (Duomo district ).
