I'm Mario, I'm 40 years old and I'm an opera singer with a passion for hospitality. In addition to the theater, it makes me happy to have guests and do everything I can to make their stay as pleasant as possible. I love living in the countryside because no day is ever the same... Guests choose Casale la Decima because they too love nature a few kilometers from Bologna, Budrio and Ferrara.

Casale la Decima is a typical Bolognese countryside building located in a landscape protection area. In a strategic position and easily reachable from the center of Bologna, the Fiera district, Ferrara, Modena, Parma, Rimini and Ravenna with fast roads (10 km from the motorway exit, Interporto exit and ring road). The structure consists of three rooms with a total of 6 beds, plus any additional bed; possibility of making the double room for single use. Each room has a private bathroom with guest courtesy kit, hairdryer, shower; Free WI FI throughout the entire hotel; LCD TV, air conditioning and heating and information material on the chosen destination. Breakfast is characterized by a wide buffet choice, including organic and traditional products, and is served in the breakfast room of the farmhouse. In good weather it can be served in the garden with views of the Bolognese countryside. On request, breakfast can be served in the room. Large private parking, outdoor smoking area, furnished park. Our facility is open every month of the year

Neighborhood info

Casale la Decima is located 4 km from the main square of Budrio, in a landscape protection reserve. Farmhouse in the countryside with typical 19th century Bolognese architecture. To get to the farmhouse there is a piece of gravel road where you can admire various animal species such as herons, pheasants and hares.
