The impressive interior of the Ourtls Pärg Chalet in Sulden, the chalet's own wellness area as well as the unobstructed view of the majestic Ortler offer the ideal setting for a holiday in a class of its own. In addition, the quiet location near the forest promises a high degree of privacy. You are in the middle of the Stilfser Joch National Park at 1,900 metres above sea level. The light-flooded chalet has three luxuriously furnished double rooms, three bathrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room with a large dining table, a fireplace, a cosy couch corner with television. The outside area captivates with a breathtaking mountain panorama. The large glass fronts and two balconies also reveal a direct view of the impressive Ortler, South Tyrol's highest mountain. The extremely spacious SPA area in the basement provides maximum relaxation. The wellness highlights include a whirlpool for six people, a Finnish sauna and a steam sauna, an exclusive shower area with cold and adventure showers and a 1.50 m deep cold-water pool. In the relaxation room, the fireplace ensures absolute well-being. The heated outdoor whirlpool offers a special wellness experience in the fresh mountain air.
We love to rent our chalet to other sports, nature and mountain enthusiasts. We love the mountains and nature, hiking, climbing, mountaineering, skiing and cross-country skiing - and all this in the beautiful nature of the Alps with a luxury chalet as a base. We have fulfilled a dream for ourselves and want to share it. The modern architecture of the chalet, which consists mainly of wood, blends stylishly into the surrounding landscape and harmonises perfectly with the alpine backdrop. The architectural elegance is also reflected in the interior of the exclusive hideaway. Luxurious design has been harmoniously combined with high quality natural materials such as wood and stone and gives the Ourtls Pärg Chalet its absolutely noble ambience.
The small village of Sulden, situated at 1,900 metres above sea level, enchants nature and sports lovers above all with the outstanding high alpine mountain landscape of the Ortler Alps. Ourtls Pärg Chalet is located in the middle of this untouched nature and is a true luxury retreat in the mountains, ideal for a hiking or skiing holiday in the Ortler area. In every season Sulden is a peaceful place to ground yourself, to relax or to do sports. In summer, hiking trails lead from the chalet directly into the surrounding nature of the National Park and in winter, the ski areas are easily accessible by ski bus, which stops in front of the house on request. The Ortler region also offers numerous sights for those interested in culture. The Messner Mountain Museums MMM Alpine Curiosa and the underground MMM Ortles, which give an excellent insight into the history of alpinism and the glaciated mountain, are certainly worth mentioning. Despite its quiet location on the edge of the forest, the village centre with its cosy restaurants and shops is within walking distance of the chalet, so that your holiday can be enjoyed car-free.
