The house (registered in the Municipality of Catania with prot. n. 3005 of 03/01/2020), completely renovated recently, is located in the historic center of Catania, in a pedestrian lane away from the noise of the street. It is finely furnished with all comforts, has a living room with kitchenette, table and comfortable double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed with a walk-in closet, a bathroom with large shower and an external laundry room. The house is ideal for 2 people or for a family with 1 child of any age. The house has two large windows and air conditioning (in both bedrooms), wifi, 43 "flat screen TV, with Netflix and Prime Video, Google home, refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, toaster, kettle, pots for cooking, espresso coffee machine, washer dryer, phone, iron and ironing board. Parking is free or paid on the street, or in a paid paid garage near the property (200 m), which can be booked through the Host.

In fact, the house is 450 m from the Benedictine Monastery and the Church of San Nicolò l'Arena, 550 m from the Roman Theater, 900 m from the Ursino Castle, 950 m from the Duomo and the typical fish market, 1300 m from the Massimo Bellini Theater, 1400 m from the Roman Amphitheater. It is also possible to make excursions to Etna, in nearby Acitrezza, Taormina and Syracuse. The area is served by public transport (buses), but you can easily move on foot.
