Fancy apartment in a historic building of Genoa, located in the typical “carruggi” of the city center. The apartment, located on the third floor reachable on foot, opens onto the luxurious living room with high frescoed ceilings, large windows and furnished with two comfortable sofas and a great chandelier; going beyond a passage, guests will find another room which features a big corner sofa, a coffee table, a TV and a dining table. The independent kitchen is well equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, as well as a second dining table. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms with refined furnishings, two of them fitted with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe, while the third one provided with two single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub and one with a shower complete the layout. Guests will benefit from amenities such as the independent heating for colder days and the free wi-fi, perfect for working from home. *Please be advised that the stairs to the accommodation are quite steep. *The building is currently undergoing renovations. Because of this, windows cannot be opened and there may be noise during the day.
