010025-AFF-0260 - CIN: IT010025B4UC94NOBCLocated a stone's throw from the Giannina Gaslini pediatric hospital, the Gaslini e Sole offers the possibility of staying in two splendid "twin" rooms (Lasco and Bolina), both with private bathrooms. Each room consists of a double bed and a bunk sofa bed, for a total of four beds each. In the entrance there is a "kitchen" for use by guests. There is air conditioning, TV, wifi, sheets, towels and courtesy kit. Access to the guest house is permitted via an electronic lock with numeric keypad to allow entry at any time using a personal code.
I am Emanuele Croce, former journalist, host and property manager. Since 2014 I have been working in the world of short-term rentals, managing apartments and guest houses in Genoa, my hometown. I have made hospitality my main activity with the aim of contributing to the valorisation of this splendid city. At the same time I created a blog where I talk about the work of hosts with advice based on my experiences and reveal the hidden side of Genoa made up of stories, legends and extraordinary characters. I wanted to combine technology with tradition by equipping the house with the most advanced green technologies with wifi, home automation, thermal and acoustic insulation, air conditioning and scheduled air changes which are extremely important to guarantee natural sanitization of the rooms. You can stay in a quiet area a stone's throw from the sea. In Via Tabarca in Sturla you can find numerous clubs, pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacies, shops and supermarkets, forgetting your car. In front of the house is the free beach of Sturla and following the pedestrian paths you can reach the small village of Vernazzola and experience the charm of the village of Boccadasse. A few hundred meters away is the Gaslini Hospital
The Gaslini e Sole is located in the splendid Sturla district which overlooks the Genova coast. The proximity to the children's hospital is not the only asset of the structure located literally a stone's throw from the beach and the sea.
