Villetta Ladani Vista Mare is a newly built villa located in Santa Maria di Leuca, 100 m from the sea and 800 meters from the centre. The structure has an internal surface area of 105 m2 spread over two floors (ground floor and basement) with an external patio in front of approximately 40 m2 and is rented for the exclusive use of a single group of up to 7 people (adults and children). The sea view terrace is the highlight of the house, served with table, chairs and stone barbecue, it is ideal for dining after a day at the beach. The internal part of Villetta Ladani Vista Mare on the mezzanine floor is composed of a living/dining room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom. The sleeping area is subordinate and consists of 2 double bedrooms served by a second complete bathroom, exiting the room there is a small patio and by opening a door there is the third external bedroom only for 2 children between 8 and 16 years old . There are all appliances and services such as: air conditioning, internet, washing machine, oven, freezer, fridge, kitchen utensils. Pets are allowed.
