Il Lake View Villetta is a single villa (“Viletta”) nestled close to the Rovenna wood, at the foot of Monte Bisbino. It is an ideal solution for families who want to spend a peaceful stay surrounded by nature. The house offers perfect privacy without direct neighbors. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchenette. Exposed position with a very bright and breathtaking view of Lake Como. It also has a wide garden, a barbecue place and a splendid porch from which to admire our beautiful lake. The property is located 10 minutes by car from Cernobbio, above the famous Villa D’Este and just a stone's throw from the characteristic hamlet of Rovenna, where you can find bars - restaurants - and mini markets with basic necessities. The villa is also located on the path that leads to Monte Bisbino, which can be reached on foot or by mountain bike. It is advisable to arrive at the property with a car - as there is the availability of parking spaces right under the house - so that you can move freely. Alternatively, Rovenna is well connected by public transport in Cernobbio.
