Italian Homing is a property management 2.0 company. Fully automated, it has been offering modern and fast self-check-in facilities since 2020. No reception - contactless concept All facilities are cleaned and sanitized by certified and top quality cleaning companies. Italian Homing will provide a courtesy kit for all the facilities and all the necessary information about the accommodation. The customer care will always be at your disposal, by mail or by telephone for the entire stay. You can also come and visit us in the office to find out about promotions reserved for you and activities to do in the surrounding area. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Bright and spacious apartment suitable for couples of friends and large families. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with flat screen TV. One double bedroom + pull-out bunk bed. Second double bedroom + pull-out sofa bed. Two full bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. Well-kept, private garden with space for outdoor dining and relaxing furniture. Apartment located in the historic center of the characteristic Padenghe a few meters from the beach and close to all the main bars and restaurants. Free parking on the street. Animals will be accepted only upon request to the property and the supplement applied varies from 50 to 100 euros per stay and depends on the size of the animal. Descriptions and rules: It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation. You will be asked to enter your personal data, sign the mandatory contract with the property online and perform facial recognition. In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the deposit requested by credit card in security form, as a guarantee for any damages. It is forbidden to welcome minors unaccompanied by parents. Please note: we do not guarantee to answer the phone after 10pm. It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In case of violation, an amount of 200 euros will be charged.
