My structure is a beautiful penthouse overlooking the roofs of the wonderful monuments that animate the historic center of Palermo . Equipped with a large terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful view offered by the excellent location of my business . There is a spacious living area with a large L-shaped sofa that becomes a comfortable bed very easily . modern kitchen with all conforts . There is a double bedroom which has a balcony overlooking the dome of St. Matthew church. Finally the bathroom is complete and equipped with all amenities . The entire house is furnished with style and with all the comfort to make your holiday in the best way.

The property is located in the heart of the center-town of Palermo at 50 meters from the "four corners" or the intersection of two main streets of Palermo, Corso Vittorio Emanuele and Maqueda, where rise the four convex facades of the wonderful palaces. At 20 meters from the hotel entrance there is Piazza Pretoria, the center of this beautiful piazza is a spectacular fountain of concentric circles with a riot of gods, nymphs, monsters, animal heads, allegories etc etc. 100 from the building there is the ancient Vucciria market with its dense network of narrow streets and squares allows you to find all the ingredients of the Sicilian cuisine;500m away from the house is the "cathedral of Palermo" that releases all the power of the Arab-Norman culture and that from July 3, 2015 is part of the World Heritage (UNESCO). Finally the location of this property is ideal to enjoy the most appreciated by Palermo: "The Feast of Santa Rosalia". On July 14th , the city dresses up and laden wagons, music and performances of all kinds through its Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, ending with fireworks fired at the sound of music in the port of Palermo.
