Everything was just perfect! The house was huge, the garden was huge, the pool was huge. Everything was just huge with lots of privacy, lots of space, lots of calm, just perfect for relaxing holidays. Everything was there, the kitchen fully equipped, we received every support needed, nobody to disturb us but help was there in the moment we needed it. So many rooms and bathrooms, huge livingrooms (there are 2!), Huge dining room, huge kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, several outdoor dining areas, plenty of chairs and beds outside. Just perfect! For us it was like paradise!

Immersed in a park of 8 acres, completely enclosed, perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings, the villa is a beautiful building typical of the traditional style of the Roman countryside. Simple modern design details combine with tradition and comfort, in an informal country atmosphere. Materials such as stone typical of the place and the old terracotta meet modern with large windows that overlook a chestnut, creating an effect of continuity with the magic of the forest. The property includes: a horse riding paddock, an elegant swimming pool (80 square meters), a solarium area equipped with sun beds and 2 large porches with barbecue area, respectively in front of the kitchen and the dining room, used for pleasant outdoor dining. A small house built on a tree will make the holiday memorable for the youngest guests. The location for its breadth and distribution can easily accommodate large families or more couple of friends at the same time, safeguarding their privacy. It includes: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 living rooms and a large kitchen. Moreover, downstairs the villa offers a little studio which can easily accomodate a further couple of friend and consists with a bathroom , a sitting room with fireplace and two sofas.
