Property info

La Casetta is a structure consisting of two independent apartments, each with its own entrance. The ground floor consists of a large living room with dining area and kitchen, a bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower and an outdoor terrace. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and washing machine. On the first floor there is the second apartment, ideal for a couple or a couple with a child. The apartment can be reached from the rear courtyard of the structure, it's composed of a living area with dining table, kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, bedroom with double bed and a single bed in the living area which can be used as a sofa. The apartment is air conditioned and the kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils (including electric kettle and toaster). The property is located a few meters from the beach of Mondello. The 806 bus stop that connects Mondello to the center of Palermo is located in front of the house.

Neighborhood info

In the area there are many commercial activities as our home is located in the heart of Mondello, in the area near the marina (where you can buy fresh fish in the morning). A few meters away there are a supermarket, pharmacy, post office, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, bakery, bus stop and much more.
