Located just a few minutes' walk from the lake, the Cathedral, and the Social Theatre, this apartment overlooks the historic pedestrian street named after the painter Bernardino Luini, enjoying the characteristic view of the ancient village of Lario. Furnished in a modern style, yet with a touch of class, this bright apartment in a historical city building serves as a great starting point to comfortably explore the city centre. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, thanks to a double bedroom, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a modern equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower where you will also find a washing machine. Furthermore, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, and you can enjoy free wi-fi. The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible via stairs. The historical centre of Como is mainly a pedestrian area, and the apartment does not have a private parking space. The nearest street parking is in Viale Varese, around 500 metres away from the apartment. Parking is only allowed within the blue-striped parking spaces. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app. There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.
