This spacious three-room apartment, set in a courtyard in the historic center of the town of Lomazzo and just a few minutes' walk from the train station, is perfect for both families and couples of friends and business colleagues and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright openspace living room consists of the TV area, with a comfortable sofa for watching a movie and chatting with friends, a dining table for 4 and the open kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners as at home and with a peninsula table with stools ideal for breakfasts and aperitifs. There is also a functional half bath with toilet on this floor. Climbing the original staircase leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Concluding the apartment is a large bathroom with a tub-shower. Nearby: Lomazzo is in the province of Como, halfway between the capital and Milan, and is strategically located for visiting Como, Milan, Varese, and reaching Malpensa and Switzerland. Lomazzo has its own train station, and by train it is possible to reach Milan in 20 to 30 minutes, Roh Fiera in 25 minutes (for the fairgrounds), Como in 20 minutes. It also has two highway entrances to the A9 freeway. Worth visiting in the historic center is the church named after San Siro, with its Baroque facade, and the Peace Arch, built in 1875 and the town's main landmark, the 20th-century brick tower.  Lomazzo is also a town well served by bars, restaurants, and stores for any need. For lovers of haute cuisine, there is the Michelin-starred restaurant Trattoria Contemporanea. Nature and walking enthusiasts, there are the many trails in Lura Park.
