On the fourth floor of a building, equipped with a lift, it has a terrace with an outdoor table. The panoramic view is splendid. The accommodation is air-conditioned, the kitchen / living room is complete with hob, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, TV, and sofa bed; the bathroom has a bidet and shower; in the room each bed is equipped with a controlled light point. The total beds are 5/6, of which 4 in the bedroom (with a double bed and a bunk bed) and 1/2 in the living room / kitchen (sofa bed). Covered parking space is provided.
