Founded in Como in 2012 The House Of Travelers sets its company principle on "New Generation Holidays Solutions". The corporate objective is to offer, in areas of particular tourist interest, innovative services in the real estate field by proposing new techniques aimed at optimizing the property for short and medium term rentals. In particular, the services offered concern the marketing and advertising activities, the possibility of customizing the property, the complete management of the accommodation, administrative assistance and the booking of events for tourist purposes.

Located in an ancient mansion in the historic center of Como our penthouse of 200 sqm has 4 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large and modern living area with equipped kitchen. An elegant environment equipped with all the comforts for the most demanding travelers in a prestigious setting in the heart of the walled city. The dream house exists and is here for you!!!

The house is located in Via Alessandro Volta, one of the quietest and most renowned residential streets in Como. A few hundred meters away there are many bars and restaurants, shops, supermarkets and all the necessary services! The monuments and major places of interest are just a few minutes walk while the lake and the wharves from which the historic boats of Como for the most popular tourist destinations is just over 5 minutes. Breathe a unique atmosphere exploring the streets of a medieval city on foot! The historic center of Como is very small and is easily explored on foot. The main railway stations are 10/15 minutes away.
