The apartment has CIN code: IT082053C2HAUJ3ZA2 it is located on the mezzanine floor of an elegant residence, in a residential area made up of villas and independent houses. to see the video of the apartment go to the "You tube" portal and search for "NIDO APOLLO MONDELLO" The 60 m2 apartment. approximately internally composed of a large living area (with sofa bed) with adjoining kitchenette, a bedroom (with double bed), a small bedroom (with 1 double bed), WC equipped with shower and a comfortable 25 m2 terrace . completely renovated, it is rented furnished with new furniture in a modern style and equipped with everything you need. The building is located in the heart of the Mondello area. Everything is available just a few meters away: bus stops, pizzerias and restaurants, pharmacy, emergency medical service, bars, shopping centres. Mondello beach with its equipped beaches is easily reachable on foot. The apartment has more space for cars and motorbikes inside the condominium.
