Once Upon A Fish is an apartment modern furnished to give you all the confort you possibly need with some vintage accessories to make you live in a cozy and intimate apartment. You have a parking place, not assigned, in the courtyard accessible only for small and standard cars (NO suv or big car)and a lift to bring you up to the second floor and its balcony. Once Upon A Fish does not offer A/C however the thick walls, the elevated position (second floor) and the natural ventilation, guarantee a pleasantly cool enviroment even during the summer. You will also find portable fans in every room for maximun confort.

Neighborhood info

Once Upon A Fish it’s in front of Villa Erba and Villa Bernasconi, 2 minutes walk to Cernobbio center with all shops, restaurants and the boat port. Once Upon A Fish is in a very strategical starting point and base for visiting the city of Como and also the villages on the lake.
