Owner was incredibly nice and even offered dinner for us when the restaurant was closed that day. Food was excellent and the rooms were so nice. Will be defiantly be returning! We loved everything!

Amazing views, location, and staff. Breakfast had an great assortment of items... and again the view, breathtaking over Lake Como with snowcapped Alps beyond. Plus wonderful restaurant on ground floor. The building has the wonderful quirks of an older italian villa, so quaint and charming, exactly what we were hoping it would be!

The views from the property were great and the staff were amazing. Immediately I was greeted and served coffee without making any requests. The host/ owner spoke to me as if I was family and truly made me feel welcomed. While checking out the host served me a classic breakfast and continued on our conversation from the previous evening. This was the first stop I made on my Italian journey and I wouldn’t change it. Thank you Locanda Milano for your hospitality, conversations, and memories!

Simple, but the price is matching . Breakfast is good.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Passalacqua. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help with anything I needed. Everything at the hotel felt very accommodating and tailored to guests’ needs, from early check-in to room preferences, making the stay feel personal and effortless. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is beautiful, relaxed, and elegant, with lovely seating areas both inside and outside. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed and gives off such welcoming, peaceful vibes. Breakfast was one of the highlights. It felt home-style yet luxurious, with a great variety of fresh options. Overall, it was a truly delightful experience, comfortable, charming, and full of warmth. I 100% recommend staying here!

The view: get a room facing the lake. That alone, more than pays for the stay. It is not called Paradiso by pure chance. The infinity heated pool and the sauna are a most welcome touch after a long trip. And what a trip: to get to the hotel, you take a narrow windy road fit for a bicycle. But, you are in car...and so is the other guy coming down. This is the stuff that forges memories ;-) one does not access Paradise, without a transit through Purgatory. The restaurant and bar, with the aforementioned view, are also noteworthy

I had view of the lake and the customer service was impeccable. they stayed in constant contact with me. Got me a cab to the airport also.

Everything was super perfect I fell in love with the hair products in my bathroom my hair felt soft and moisturized the smell of the shower gel made feel relax feels like a spa the breakfast was delicious the staff friendly I highly recommend this lovely hotel

The location is absolutely breathtaking, right on top of the mountain with beautiful views. You have the Funicular ( tram ) as an easy mode of transport up and down the mountain directly at the hotel. The food was delicious and the spa was lovey. staff was very warm and helpful . had an excellent stay.

Our family of 3 loved staying here. The room had all the amenities , everything was new, great views onto the lake. Staff was kind and caring, food was amazing . We like the location , just a short walk to the ferry port. The parking was very handy as well.
