H10 Palazzo Canova, hotel in Venice

H10 Palazzo Canova is situated in Venice and features a terrace and a bar. This 4-star hotel offers free WiFi.

The location is excellent - close to Rialto - in a rather popular place with busy and energetic environment (in a positive way). The Vaporato station is St Silvestro which is just a stone throw away. There is a Tragetto station at the MARCETTO. it helps to avoid the foul on the Rialto bridge when you just need to across the rive. Hotel is modern and clean. The room cleaning is efficient.

    Venice is an incredible city.

Venice is an incredible city. Definitely worth going during the week as it can get crowded and I would expect it to be even more so at weekends. Also there is a city tax payable to access Venice at weekends, which is not applicable during the week. The ferry can also get a bit busy, but it was ok while we were there. The area around Rialto is very crowded but if you go a bit out of that area towards Fondamenta Nuove it's fine. Murano and Burano worth visiting. Burano in particular is stunning, the restaurants there are excellent. Just be aware that the vaporetto ferry is very expensive, at €9.50 for a ticket valid 75 minutes only, so you will need 2 tickets to visit Burano as it's about 30-40 minutes away.

Magical place everyone should experience in their lifetime. The coffee shops, the food was excellent although it is difficult in Rome, Florence and Venice to find quality, authentic gelato. I would definitely pay the extra of water taxi from train station and to the airport. Prepared to be lost in Venice, the side streets are easy to miss so be patient with navigation.

It was great to stay on Giudecca island and go over with the ferry yo San Marco and surrounding areas each day, this way we had the hustle and bustle during the day but had peace and quiet in the morning and evenings. Venice is absolutely gorgeous and would have needed a full week to see it all but only had 3 days. Go off the beaten track like the Jewish quarter and the edges of further islands - less tourists flashing phones and even better food! Do not leave without having cicchetti with prosecco:)

My second stay was at the Le Isole Hotel in Venice. Amazing breakfast (maybe even the best you can get in hotels in all of Italy of hotels of 3-star level), cleaning services, and very kind staff. The hotel is just in the center of Venice, a few steps from St Marco and it is super easy to get to the airport and back with the ferry which goes from the Venice airport because the station is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Very calm, even if it's in the center, with clean rooms and good room service. I will be back again for sure!

The hotel was in a good location near St. Mark's Square but not in the middle of it, so there was not a lot of outside noise from the tourists. It had air conditioning which was fantastic, as places in Italy, sometimes do not. There was a nice variety of food and drinks for breakfast. The staff was friendly and very helpful when it came to finding our way around and which ferry/boat to take to get to different places. All in all, a good stay at Domus Ciliota.

The property is excellent! The view is so amazing that it was hard to leave the apartment to sight see. It is centrally located. It is also a historic location and very cool to stay is the same place Marco Polo grew up in. The host Claudia made the stay extra special. When planning for this trip to Italy, I was not interested in visiting Venice. Now I am planning my next trip to Venice to stay at this property thanks to Claudia and her family.

Responsive helpful host gave us clear instructions when we had an issue with the AC not working - fixed it quickly. The room was quiet at night but bed was very hard (but so is every bed we've slept in so far on our 5 weeks in Italy) - Lucas place had a great atmosphere but was lacking a little extra.

The hotel is located in a great location; specifically, in the upper scaled shopping district with great restaurant options nearby. This was one of four hotels we stayed at in Italy and by far had the best breakfast and only hotel to have a gym and spa (although limited). The interior was very unique, but the room was large and had a canal outside the window.
