The Building is situated on the ridge of a hill with a wide sight on the valley and on a neighbouring country, located between Langhe Roero and Monferrato. The facility, belonging to the pictoresque system of the farmhouses of the 19th century, preserved in the re-styling the typical architectonic features of the rural "Astigiana" architecture. Situated in the ancient borough of "Isola Villa", dating back to the X-XI century, whose landscape's been defined by the Piedmont Region "noticeable and public point of interest", on the country road of San Rocco, cycletouristic and equester itinerary that just beyond, it opens itself between some of the best landscaping glimpses and vineyards of the nearby.

Francesca and Cristian, both of them cycling guide, have decided to live immerged in the nature, in an ancient rural context, sharing with  the hosts themselves hobbies and competence. Francesca, architect, deals with renovation and territory promotion. Cristian, artigian, produces furniture in wrought-iron. Together they have created an association of territory fostering in a bid to re-discover the architectural beauties, historical artistic and gastronomical excellence of a rich ground as the one of Monferrato, Langhe and Roero.

Located between the "Astigiano and Albese", few kilometres to the viticultural landscapes accredited by UNESCO Heritage of humanity, the B&B is situated in the pictoresque borough of Isola Villa, whose foundation dates back to the X-XI century. Famous for his castled position on which you can enjoy a panorama that ranges from the Astigiano to the Albese, It stores the ancient tower, once bell tower, the Ivaldi-Iraldi palace,  the Battuta dei Bianchi's church of the seventeeth-century and the parish 20th century of San Pietro. Few kilometres of distance,  the city of Asti keeps witness of the rich and vast medieoval past with complex Episcopale of Santa Maria, the "Collegiata of San Secondo", the towers and the historical palace. Il Palio of Asti, mentioned for the first time in 1275 is the most ancient of all Italy and it takes place in September concomitantly with other pictoresque events as the festival of Wine "Douja d'or" or the "Sagre of Asti", one of the most followed enogastronomical festival in Italy. Roman churches and castle are spread in the territory, the town of Alba, Canelli, famous for its underground cathedral of wine are in a few distance from the B&B.
