beautiful place, very clean and comfortable. short and easy access to Rome international airport. very nice restaurant and grounds. We checked out really early in the morning, before they started serving breakfast, so they made us boxed breakfast to go. it was really nice!

This hotel was located in a rural area not far from the Rome airport. We had come from Puglia, had an early morning flight and didn’t feel like staying in the city, so we opted to stay near the airport. What a good choice! The room was very nice, modern and clean and the drive to the airport only about 10-15 minutes. Most impressive and unexpected was the farm to table restaurant on site. We had dinner there and it was one of the most memorable meals I’ve had in Rome. I am excited to come again in the future whenever we fly into or out of Rome for the restaurant and the hotel.

The property is a beautiful oasis - gorgeous gardens, a perfect pool and hot tub, the restaurant excellent, I stayed in one of their suites and it was comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. I had no intentions of leaving the property for the two days I stayed - no need to when looking for a break from the heat and bustle of summer travel.

Very beautiful countryside, modern property with very accommodating, attentive, hard working staff. The grounds were gorgeous, saltwater pools, very comfortable poolside lounge chairs, large wine selection, unique menu items from on-site restaurant where they use vegetables from their own garden and locally provided farms. Very clean rooms and the air conditioning works very well in your rooms. If you arrive at the train station in Maccarese, make sure you let the hotel know in advance and they will arrange to have private driver as there are not public taxis nearby. The train is only 6 minutes from the property. It is a great destination for some quiet time away from the hustle. They are 15 minutes by car to the Fregene beach or you can ride their bicycles. The owner has another property and seafood restaurant in Fregene, beachside if you wish to go there for the day and have a lounge chair. The staff made the stay very personable and to your liking.
