Sara e Melissa House is located in Lierna, a small town on the eastern shore of Lake Como. Lierna is really closed to Varenna (4min by car) and Bellagio (15mins with the ferry boat).   The apartment is in a wonderful private and exclusive complex surrounded by a 15,000 sqm green park, 2 swimming pools and a tennis court. Recently fully renovated in 2019, the apartment has a living room, a kitchen, a main bedroom, a triple room and a bathroom; it hosts up to a maximum of 5 people.
Students at university, in 2019 our parents gave us this unique apartment. Fully renovated and furnished according to our tastes, we're still looking for new insights and solutions.
The apartment is 350 meters far from Riva Bianca beach, one of the most beautiful bathing beaches on Lake Como, 750 meters far from the town center, complete with all services (supermarket, pharmacy, pier, cafès, restaurants, bank) and 500 meters far from the railway station that connects the town to all the other towns on the eastern shore of the lake. A few steps from the apartment the connection to the 45km panoramic path that flanks the eastern side of Lake Como: the Viandante trail. Varenna, a very famous fishing village, is 3,3km far and reachable in 5 minutes by car or in 10 minutes by train. Bellagio can be reached in 15 minutes by boat with the scheduled boats that leave from the pier in the town center. Valsassina with its hiking trails in the mountains, horseback riding and adventure parks is 40 minutes far by car.
