Il monolocale è dotato di tutti i confort necessari per il soggiorno di due persone. La posizione consente di spostarsi facilmente per visitare spiagge e luoghi più distanti, ma allo stesso tempo offre tutti i servizi se invece non lo si vuole fare, spiaggia a pochi metri, supermercati, bar, ristoranti e tabacchi, trovando parcheggio gratuito senza tanti problemi. La signora Daniela persona accogliente, gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.
