Nice studio with terrace, a few steps away from the Two Towers and the main attractions of Bologna historic center. The apartment is on the third floor of a building without an elevator. The entrance opens onto the kitchen, small yet equipped with all amenities, including a dishwasher, a microwave and a kettle. Once past the kitchen, there is the living area, furnished with a queen-size bed, a dining table and a dresser with a TV on top. The room is very bright thanks to the two French-windows which give access to the terrace. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. Free wifi, washing machine, air conditioning and heating will be at guests’ disposal. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
