After working for some years in the management of some b&B, I decided to create this company and manage it myself. For the moment there are 2 apartments but we are expecting to expand the offer shortly.

Property info

Style Home is a charming apartment on the 4th floor of a 19th century building, Palazzo Alario, located at the beginning of the historic center, near the Municipal Theater G. Verdi and the Villa Comunale, fulcrum of the artist's Lights. The recent restructuring, thanks to the intuition and dedication of Arch. Gabriele Sorrentino, gave life to an environment rich in style, romantic and at the same time functional. Warm colors and exposed vaults give the guest a relaxing sensory experience. The apartment is independent and consists of an entrance hall, a living area equipped with a kitchen, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle, utensils and crockery; a double bedroom with bathroom / shower and a bathroom with services in the lounge area. Thanks to its location, the house is central but quiet, close to bus stops and the maritime station from which ferries depart for Amalfi, Positano, Ischia and Capri. Near the Palace there are public parking spaces for a fee.

Neighborhood info

Salerno is a city rich in history and beauty but also of movida and events of great importance. In the vicinity of the house, there is the Municipal Theater G. Verdi, whose programming is rich and heterogeneous, from classical music, to modern and contemporary, from ballet to opera. A visit to the Arechi Castle cannot be missed, of which a glimpse is visible from the house and the Garden of Minerva. Starting from the holiday home you can reach in a few minutes on foot the characteristic alleys of the historic center, the wonderful Cathedral of Salerno, the Santa Sofia Complex, the Provincial Art Gallery, the Salerno Medical School and much more. Continuing the walk in the direction of the train station you arrive on Corso Vittoria Emanuele, center of shops, bars, restaurants.
