The Villa is just 500 metres from the centre of Castelletto, while the Affi motorway exit is 25 km away. The Marciaga golf course is 15 km away and within a radius of 20 km there are 2 paragliding take-off points among the most popular in Europe. Verona, with all its historical masterpieces awaits you just 30 km away and the wonderful Venice is 170 km away. The Villa represents an ideal starting point to experience the lake at 360 degrees and practice all water sports, but also mountain bike trips, hiking and horse riding excursions. The house is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, towels and sheets are provided included in the price. Drinks, food and consumables (soap, shampoo, etc.) are not provided. Check-in is from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. For check-in after this time a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.
