Villa Bocciolo del Garda can accommodate up to ten people and is located in Manerba del Garda, not far from the known Lake Garda. Surrounded by complete tranquility, this Villa offers the possibility to use three private outdoor parking spaces in case you travel with your own car, a garden, private swimming pool and barbecue area. The house has every comfort and amenities necessary to make your stay on the lake unforgettable and is spread over three floors; on the ground floor there is a large living area with kitchenette, TV, sofa, dining table and private bathroom. The living room has direct access to the private porch with outdoor table and private pool view. Upstairs we find the three bedrooms, a double bedroom with private balcony, another master bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two bunk beds, also with direct access to the balcony, and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms. In the basement we reach the relaxation area with bar, TV, double sofa bed and bathroom with Jacuzzi.
FOUR GOOD REASONS TO CHOOSE THIS PROPERTY: Magnificent Villa for exclusive use. Adjacent to the Nature Reserve of Rocca di Manerba. Private counter-current swimming pool. Wide spaces.
