We kindly ask you to let us know at the time of booking your flight number and estimated time of arrival. Check-in time is between 16:00 and 20:00, after 20:00 check-in is subject to availability and at an additional euro40, after 22:00 euro80. Upon arrival, guests' documents will be taken to send them to the Italian State Police and the lease agreement will be signed, these are two obligations under Italian law. The city tax of euro 1,5 per person per night is not included in the price.

Immersed in the green hills of Solanas is the Villa Bucaneve: a villa 1 km from the beach consisting of two houses with separate entrances that will host you during your holidays in southern Sardinia. With a private garden of 3000 square meters, Villa Bucaneve consists of two separate houses is joined by a large veranda with hammocks and rocking, a barbecue, and outdoor shower. House 1 consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed and 2 single bunk beds, a kitchen, bathroom. House 2 consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 single bed, a bedroom with 1 single bed and two bunk beds, a kitchen and a bathroom.

Neighborhood info

The villa is located 1 km from the Solanas beach which can be reached in a few minutes by car and has parking at both ends; 10 minutes from the beaches of Villasimius, 15 minutes from Castiadas and Costa Rey, and 10 minutes from the beach of Torre delle Stelle. From the strategic position of Solanas it is possible to move around and visit all of southern Sardinia. The villa is completely surrounded by greenery, it is possible to take walks through the surrounding hills where there are the ruins of a nuraghe. A 5-minute walk from the villa you can find: newsagent, tobacconist, fish restaurant, pizzeria, market, butcher and pharmacy. It is possible to reach Solanas in about 40 minutes by car or taxi, or in 60 minutes from Cagliari by Arst buses.
