Villa dell"Arco is located in Le Marche very close to the city of Sant'Elpidio a Mare and features a breathtaking view of both sea and rollying hills. The villa has been completely renovated in 2022 according to the criteria of eco-sustainability and 0 environmental footprint and transformed into an elegant holiday home with private swimming pool. Here guests can enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature and tranquility but a few minutes from the sea with amenities that make a group holiday unforgettable.
The town of Sant'Elpidio A Mare occupies the site of the ancient Roman city of Cluana, destroyed by the Visigoths in the early 5th century. In 887 here a large Benedictine Abbey was founded in 887; the medieval borough rose around it as Castello di Sant'Elpidio, starting from the 11th century.
